Sergei Simakov was born on the 4-th of January, 1955 in Vladivostok.
1979-1982 - studied in Vladivostok School of Art. Conducts own studio of young artists in the building DKGD of Vladivostok. Member of associations "Stil'" and "Vladivostok".
